Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times typically range between 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- severe weather
- seasonal demand
- logistical disruptions
Everpan cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Everpan may offer free shipping promotions on certain products or orders.
If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.
Where Is My Order?
After your order has been shipped, the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email is the best way to follow your delivery.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear as shipping carriers process and scan packages throughout their network.
If your tracking page shows no updates immediately after shipment, this is normal and typically updates within a few days.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control.

If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Everpan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Delivered Packages
If tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered, Everpan cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in these situations.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability.
If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
